Freak Factory is an Italian film production company based in Rome. Movies produced by Freak Factory were selected by the most important international film festivals and some of them were funded by the Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage (MIBACT) and realised in co-production with Rai Cinema.

Mission: Our Group has the ambition of orienting itself on the international market, with a very precise mission supported by all our collaborators and directed by a female vision. The movies produced by Freak Factory are part of an avant-garde, young and provocative cinema.

The short films produced by Freak Factory have won numerous awards and have been selected by many influential festivals. One of them, "Fulgenzio" by A. Iuliano, in 2013 participated in the Market of the 35th Festival & Marché International du Court Métrage in Clermont-Ferrand within the DVD "Italian Short Films 2013" that collects the best Italian short films. "Fulgenzio" was also distributed in Japan by Pacific Voice inc.

In 2017 Freak Factory produced the short film "Penalty" in co-production with Rai Cinema with the contribution of Mibact and distributed by Premiere Film. The project received the patronage of Sprar (Ministry of Interior) for the other artistic, cultural and sociological merits of the work.  The short film has won more than 50 international awards , made it to the 2017 Silver Ribbons five-a-side, won the 2017 Golden Globe, was selected in 4 festivals on the Academy circuit (Nashville, Athens, Gjion and Odense), won as Best Short Film the Young Italian Authors section at the 74th Venice International Film Festival, was released on the Arena Cinelounge circuit in Los Angeles during the Oscar Season and came to be 'elegible' by the Academy for selection at the 2018 Academy Awards in the Best Live Action Short Film section.  

In 2018, Freak Factory produced the feature film “La partita / The Match" by Frank Jerky, co-produced by the American company Wrong Way Pictures with the participation of nationally renowned actors such as Francesco Pannofino, Giorgio Colangeli, Lidia Vitale and Alberto Di Stasio, the film was released in theaters on Feb. 27, 2019 in the midst of pandemic and then withdrawn from theaters, it is then released worldwide by Netflix in September 2020. Abroad it is released as an Original Netflix product. In Italy it remains in the TOP TEN of Netflix's most viewed films for 10 days as well as purchased by Rai for FVOD rights.

In 2019 Freak Factory is the executive production of the commercials for the Ministry of Transport's 'On the Good Road' campaign, the commercials are directed by director Fabio Schifiliti.

In 2021 Freak Factory made the executive production of the commercial directed by Fausto Brizzi with Nicolas Vaporidis for the Liguria Region entitled 'Passaparola'.

In 2022 the company is co-producing Maccio Capatonda's series titled 'Maccioverse' for which he is also executive producer. Again in 2022 is producing and executive producing the film "Space Monkeys" premiere work by Aldo Iuliano produced by Freak Factory in co-production with Rai Cinema, with a high-profile technical cast (Daniele Ciprì, Marco Spoletini, Paki Meduri, Francesca Sartori, Daniela Altieri) and a young artistic cast known for their success in the platforms.
